Duke Health Center at Patterson Place is our newest out-patient orthopaedic facility which is Conveniently located between Durham & Chapel Hill.

Sports related injuries from high school to weekend athletes, and runners/tri-athletes of all age groups.

Repetitive stress injuries involving work place ergonomics.

Hands on approach through manual therapy techniques, and one-on-one exercise prescriptions.

Work Conditioning & Functional Capacity Evaluations

Work Conditioning

Program utilizing all the skill's of our trained physical therapist, but focused on returning clients to their pre-injury employment.
An intensive course of therapy 3-5 days per week to improve range of motion, strength, cardio vascular endurance, and educate in proper lifting & work place ergonomics.

Functional Capacity Evaluations

Our trained therapist follow the guidelines endorsed by the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), which endorses the hierarchy of safety, reliability, validity, practicality, endurance, speed, and flexibility.

The Valpar 9 assessment tool is one of the many standardized evaluation techniques that are used to accurately reflect a clients physical tolerances and abilities.
